ISDS Sweden AB ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile application ChefList ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our App.

1. No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users.

You are not required to create an account, and no personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or location) is collected or transmitted by ChefList.

2. Local-Only Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Recipes
• Ingredients
• Shopping lists
• Custom preferences
• Language and filter selections

None of this data is sent to our servers or third parties.

3. Ads and Consent

ChefList displays ads using Google AdMob. We use the User Messaging Platform (UMP SDK) to request user consent for ad personalization as required by regional laws (e.g., GDPR in the EU).

Upon first launch, you will be prompted with a consent form. You can choose whether to receive personalized or non-personalized ads. Your choice is respected and stored on your device.

You may update or revoke your consent at any time via the in-app Privacy Settings. Ads may still appear, but without personalization if consent is not granted.

4. Data Sharing

Since we do not collect any data, we do not share any personal information with any third parties.

5. Your Privacy Choices

You are in full control of your data. Because everything is stored locally:

• You may delete the app to remove all stored data.
• No cloud backups or external syncing occurs unless explicitly offered and enabled in the future.

6. Children’s Privacy

ChefList does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is designed to function entirely offline without requiring any user input that identifies a person.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy in the future to reflect changes to the app. All changes will be posted in the app or on our official website.

8. Nutritional Information Disclaimer

ChefList provides nutritional information for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure this data is accurate and regularly updated, we cannot guarantee its completeness or correctness.

Nutritional values such as calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, sugars, and other dietary information are based on standard databases and may vary depending on brand, product variation, or preparation method.
