ISDS Sweden AB ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile application ChefList ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our App.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users.
You are not required to create an account, and no personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or location) is collected or transmitted by ChefList.
All app data is stored locally on your device. This includes:

ChefList displays ads using Google AdMob. We use the User Messaging Platform (UMP SDK) to request user consent for ad personalization as required by regional laws (e.g., GDPR in the EU).
Upon first launch, you will be prompted with a consent form. You can choose whether to receive personalized or non-personalized ads. Your choice is respected and stored on your device.
We only process the minimum data required for ad display after your consent choice is applied. You may update or revoke your consent at any time via the in-app Privacy Settings. Ads may still appear, but without personalization if consent is not granted.
Since we do not collect personal data for app content, we do not share personal information for recipes, shopping lists, or preferences with third parties.
Ad-related processing is handled by ad/consent providers according to your consent status and their own privacy terms.

ChefList does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is designed to function without requiring user input that identifies a person.
We may update this Privacy Policy in the future to reflect changes to the app. All changes will be posted in the app or on our official website.
